Why choose a LOKfit membership?

We are a members-based studio because we want to get to know you. Our community is made up of strong, like-minded women who lift other women, so your fit within our culture is everything to us. We lift spirits, not just weights.  

Our success is building strength inside and out to improve your overall well-being, not just your body composition.  We focus on creating an enjoyable experience, so you embrace fitness as a lifestyle choice.  

No woman we know isn't busy juggling kids, family, work and life in general to keep a smooth operation going.  We value your time and ensure your effort in the Studio is utilised effectively so you become even more productive outside.  Our training and class timetable is tailored to fit your busy schedules.

We have two tiers of Membership: Full and Class Only. Based on your consultation, we will find the best fit for you.

Full Membership - Waitlist Only

Initial Enrolment and Quarterly: 

  • Health and fitness assessment and evaluation.

  • 3D Infrared body scan providing accurate body measurements and composition readings with digital visuals and reports.

  • Personalised exercise prescription.

Monthly: 

  • 8 semi-private PTs per month.

  • Full access to our expertly programmed class portfolio.

  • Home workout videos. 

  • Monthly Recipe Packs.

Benefits: 

  • Discount on all nutrition programs, 1-1 coaching and personal training, courses and workshops.

  • Discount with in-house therapists, including physio, soft tissue, sports massage, pelvic health and aesthetics practitioners.

  • Discount with our collaboration of Clinical and Functional Women's Health Specialists in the local area.

Class Only Membership - Open for Enrolment (price on request)

  • Choose between 8 or 12 classes per month. 

  • Small Group Strength Training (8-10 people).

  • Functional Fitness classes. 

  • Recovery sessions, including Pilates and De-Stress. 

  • Booking via App.

Personal Training

Our 1-2-1 training is available for those of you who prefer to train privately or with a friend.  After an initial assessment, you will work with one of our hand-picked trainers on a personalised and progressive training program designed to support your goals and deliver results.  

This will include:

  • Initial consultation, including a 3D body scan and Health Assessment.

  • Pre-determined training time.

  • Choice of payment options - monthly renewal or purchase a package of 10 or 20 sessions.

  • Discount with in-house therapists and access to our collaboration of Clinical and Functional Women's Health Specialists in the local area.

Bespoke Programs

In addition to our Studio Memberships, we offer tailor-made programs aligned to individual needs. These are often fixed-term contracts for those of you who have specific goals or require something even more unique. They often include a combination of training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching.  An example of these include:

  • Mastering Mid-life Program (designed for women struggling with peri-menopause and menopause). 

  • Online coaching (designed around those who can't get into the studio to train).

  • 8 & 12 Week Transformations (training and nutrition plans designed to get you in shape).

  • The Metabolic Reset - a 21-day nutrition plan.
