Mix Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla whey protein powder until well combined. This base will give your pancakes a fluffy texture and a protein boost.
Add Fruits and Adjust Consistency:
Stir in the mashed banana into your pancake batter, adding a natural sweetness and moisture. Fold in the blueberries for a burst of flavour and antioxidants.
