A Journey from Corporate Coaching to Fitness Innovation

My professional life began in the corporate world as an Executive and Business Coach. However, in my mid-30s, I embarked on a transformative journey, shifting gears into the fitness industry. Over the past 15 years, I've gained invaluable insights into the distinct training needs of women, driven by our unique physiology.

The Power of Hormones and Holistic Wellbeing

Through personal experiences and subsequent extensive research, I’ve come to understand the immense influence of hormones on every aspect of our lives and that we need to dig much deeper than just our physique or the numbers on the scales. It's about a holistic approach to health that intertwines exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle. Neglecting any one of these facets can compromise the others.

Learning from Life’s Lessons

I spent much of my 40s frustrated, emotional, and bewildered why despite my knowledge, expertise and best efforts, I was knackered all the time, often bloated and had a disappearing waistline. These struggles led me to a revelation. The quick fixes and the ‘go hard or go home’ mentality of our youth can backfire as we age. This realisation propelled me to question conventional fitness wisdom.

A Hormone-Centric Revolution in Fitness

I spent 2 years researching, learning, testing and piloting my findings until I had come up with my own new methods and fitness protocols which took on a unique hormone-centric approach. This was not just a change in routine, but a complete overhaul of traditional fitness practices.
